But enough about my health, have you noticed any PR updates on your site ? because on my Electronics Blog i got a raise from PR3 to PR4 which is nice. This also generated increase in page rank on other pages, other from my index, so inevitably i got an increase of traffic on some of the keywords for my articles. For example an article about the New iPhone tripled its activity since the PR increased.

Also on several other new blogs of mine, i got an increase from PR 0 to PR1 which is also nice but insignificant.
