I’m using like a box of zewa tissues each day (those 100 pcs box). I read on some website, cant remember which site, that running nose is caused by cells that are in your upper respiratory tract, cells that are being destroyed. The stuff that is consistently running out of your nose is a mixture of dead organelles and parts of the cell. Yuuukk, i think i shouldn’t of read it. Anyway, I’ve taken some Coldrex, but with no result so far, I think i should taken those Oscillococcinum pills
